Computermart Kenya offers a standard 12-month warranty on all computers and electronics purchased from our store. This warranty covers manufacturer defects and hardware failures that arise during normal use of the product. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase.

  • Computer Components (e.g., Graphics Cards, RAM, Power Supply Units)
  • Accessories (e.g., Monitors, Keyboards, Mice)

3. What the Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturer Defects: Issues resulting from faulty manufacturing or components.
  • Hardware Failures: Issues such as hard drive failures, malfunctioning motherboards, or faulty power supplies.

4. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Accidental Damage: Damage due to drops, spills, power surges, or other accidental events.
  • Software Issues: Problems arising from software installations, malware, or viruses.
  • Unauthorized Repairs/Modifications: Any repair, modification, or tampering by third parties other than [Shop Name] or the manufacturer.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual deterioration such as worn-out batteries, fading keys, or scratches.

5. Claiming Warranty Service To make a warranty claim:
